At Pathways, we know the outdoors is a superb ‘landscape for learning’.
We combine best practice outdoor and classroom techniques in our programmes to produce highly effective and immediate learning for leaders, managers and high performing teams. We deliver residential programmes in the UK using our links with outdoor centres in Herefordshire, mid Wales and the Lake District.
For shorter programmes, we are accredited facilitators for high-impact, low risk Teamscapes activities at Sundial venues in central and South-West England. We are also collaborating with the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst to share the British Army’s world-class leadership development techniques with corporate groups.
Overseas, our unique residential development centre, a former 18th century water mill in Almeria in Southern Spain, is a perfect location for corporate and leisure groups to ‘escape to learn’. Our centre, in the Seron area, recently featured in The Times as a 'Jewel of Spain' (read article, PDF, 235Kb) and is a superb base for:
- Corporate leadership, management and team development programmes
- Executive retreats and strategic workshops
- Mountain walking
- Mountain biking and Cycling
- Climbing
- Running
- Art and photography
- Youth group exploration and expedition ventures

We are also combining our development and expedition leading skills with experienced partners to create our World Pathways programmes. World Pathways mixes overseas projects in developing countries with structured development for high potential leaders, managers and team members.
Members of the Pathways team also use outdoor experiences to develop young people through the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Scheme, and are tutors and assessors for the Expedition Leaders programme from Sports Leaders UK.
