Chris Malpass is a former army officer whose career spanned infantry and aircraft engineering roles seeing worldwide operational service. He has senior management sector experience in engineering, private and public health services, education, charity and voluntary services. Chris also has over 15 years experience of training and curriculum design including leadership and management development, performance appraisal, senior leadership training, competency frameworks and organisational development. Chris is an accredited MBTI Step 1 Practitioner, Emotional Intelligence and 360º feedback coach. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Institute of Executive Development and the Institute for Outdoor Learning.
He is a qualified e-tutor, Mountain Leader and offshore sailor and works voluntarily to develop young people through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award. He holds a BSc in Mathematics and Earth Sciences, a Masters degree in Educational Management and Post Graduate Certificates in Primary and Further Education.

Paul Bedwell has spent 17 years in Learning and Development with a varied mix of organisations and cultures from education, legal, FMCG food distribution, financial services, to the NHS and the British Army. His experience includes training design and delivery, training strategy, project management, performance appraisal systems and competence frameworks, working with varied staff groups including Vice Presidents and Directors. His understanding of leadership and management is well rounded and practical, having managed small teams and large corporate projects in the private and public sector, led soldiers as an Infantry commander and instructor, and youth expeditions overseas as an international Expedition Leader.
Paul holds memberships with the Institute of Leadership and Management, the Institute of Executive Development, the Institute of Business Consulting and the Institute for Outdoor Learning. He is a qualified e-tutor, and works voluntarily to develop young people through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Princes Trust, Talls Ships Youth Trust and as a Trustee of The Challenger Trust.
